If you would like to submit anything for the newsletter please submit it by Friday night before the membership meeting to be included in that month’s newsletter. I would also like to thank Ric and Pat Colby for taking the time to print, assemble and mail out the newsletters to the members without email address.

Steve Hays was elected to serve out the rest of the 2018 as president of RCRPC at the January meeting. Andy Hill resigned due to being elected to Iowa Farm Bureau Federation's Board of Directors. Thank you Andy for your service to the club!

John Marino was elected to a 2 year term as Range Officer at the January meeting.

Thank you Alf Larson, Layton Zbornik and Trish Rasmusson for your service on the board.

Just a reminder members do not have access to the range after the Jan. meeting until you have filled out a hold harmless, paid you dues and have sat through the SOP update. The gate code is changed after the first meeting in Jan. Members have until the March gun show to renew your membership.

Executive Officer Report- Rod Haag

I will be holding a sponsor class on Sat Feb 3rd at the range 12:00 noon and 1 on Tue Feb 6th 7 pm. I am looking to get more people willing to be sponsor this year and it is an easy way to get your club service hours in. We are also looking for someone to hold the Varmint bench rest match this year, if you are interested Contact Ric Colby.

Vendor Shoot is set for Sept 8, 2018 50th Anniversary Celebration

RCRPC is looking for volunteers to coordinate a celebration event this summer. We are also looking for contact information of past presidents, board members and charter members so they can be invited to the celebration. Please considering volunteering to make this a successful event. If you are interested please contact any of the board members.
