Club .22LR rifles for sale.

The club is going to purchase 6 new .22lr rifles, 3 of these new rifles are being funded by a generous donation by Jim Degen. Five rifles will be right handed and one will be a left handed.

Our existing stock of .22LR rifles are starting to wear out and parts are becoming difficult to find. Out of 10 existing rifles only 6 are in working condition. The club is going to keep 2 that have scopes on them for events, reserving one for a later announcement and will be selling 3 to members at $175 each. The rifles are Remington 521T.

For those interested in purchasing a rifle, we will be having a drawing of interested buyers at the membership meeting. The first person drawn will have their pick of the rifle, 2nd name drawn

will have 2nd choice and so forth. Since Lime Creek Nature Center does not allow firearms in the building, the winners will need to pick up and pay for their rifles at a predetermined time during the Friday night setup at the gun show. At time of purchase: check only and must have a valid carry permit or permit to purchase.

Any rifle not wanted by a member will be sold for $200 each on the club table at the gun show.

50th Anniversary Celebration

Cristy Tass has stepped up to chair the event. More details to come in future newsletters.

Vendor Shoot is set for Sept 8, 2018

Range Gate Info (this will be in every newsletter):

If you experience issues with the electronic gate, please contact Russ Stahl at 641-430-0289. If there ever is a padlock on the gate, the combination will be the same as the electronic gate code.
